The Ladies Aid will be having our traditional bake sale with more than 40 pies and other baked goods, beginning at 10am. Many begin lining up very early, as we do sell out within minutes of opening the doors.
There will be a patriotic walk that begins at approximately 11 am.
After the patriotic walk (see the route in the picture above...), there will be a flag raising ceremony at the Ladies Aid Building led by our local Boy Scouts, followed by a few patriotic sing-along songs.
There is always room for more pies on the Bake Sale Tables!
Would you like to join the Ladies Aid and be a part of giving back? We would love to welcome you at our next member luncheon, the 2nd Wednesdays of each month, beginning with social time at 11:30am.
We are so grateful to Christine Galloway and Kathlee Duclos who recently shared with us about the Native Americans in our area who were here before us.
Thank you to Linda Younce who provided her talent with music.
We are grateful for Dean & Idonna for providing a screen for the video
presentation.
Thanks to Wanda Hill for bringing the electrical strip and providing assistance.
Thank you to Mary Margaret for spear heading our First Extra event honoring the 100 year Celebration of our building.
Thank you to Edythe Keene and the light refreshment brigade for the tasty treats.
Thank you for those who helped set up, men and women a like.
Blessings dear people,
Jeni Mellum Bottin
