Everyone is invited to celebrate the Fourth of July Camano -style at the Usalady Ladies Aid Fourth of July Annual community gathering. Families, pets, antique autos, garden tractors, kids in wagons, tricycles, horses, goats and other critters, all decked out in holiday regalia, will gather at the corner of Utsalady Road and Stanwood Street at 11 AM and walk a short distance to the site of a brief patriotic ceremony. The best-ever home-baked treats can be found at the Utsalady Ladies Aid bake sale from 10 AM to noon at the historic Ladies Aid building 78 Utsalady Road. Get decked out, load up the family , walk wtih the crowd, or sit in a lawn chair and enjoy.
The Utsalady Ladies Aid is a non-profit organization that was created in 1908 by Constance Olsen and a handful of hard working women to serve the growing needs of the Utsalady community on Camano Island.
